Payments, Shipping and Return Policies Payment Policy Rogoski.com wants to ensure our clients a safe and secure alternative to shop online. We use Google Checkout as our primary method for online sales due to its ease of use, built-in security and privacy. Google Checkout accepts all major credit cards and it does not charge you any additional fees. All payments are due at ordering time, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction. Partial payments are not accepted. Personal or Business Checks We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check until payment has been cleared. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. A $30 fee will be asessed to any returned checks. Florida Sales Tax All items from Rogoski.com shipped to Florida address are subject to a 6.5% Sales Tax. You must fully execute and sign a Florida Certificate of Resale to be exempt. International Payments International customers may pay through Google Checkout or by Wire Transfer. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted. Payment Refunds If we are unable to complete your order, or if you decide to return any artwork purchased online, Rogoski.com will refund you with the full purchase price, excluding any applicable shipping and handling charges. Shipment Policies Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). We reserve the right to hold any order if security review is required. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days. Unless noted otherwise, the listing price of all paintings includes standard USPS shipping to any location within the continental United States. If priority shipping is requested, or in case of Overseas/International shipping, orders will be subject to additional charges, in which case you will be contacted before your order is processed. Some orders may require additional processing time due to limited quantities and/or availability of a particular painting. If we are unable to promptly process your order you will be notified, and will be able to cancel your order if so desired. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Return Policy If for any reason you are unhappy with the artwork you have purchased from Rogoski.com, you may return it for full credit as billed, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be pre-authorized, and you may contact us to receive a return authorization number. All sales are final 30 days after receipt. All return requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. All items being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in the original packaging. Artwork returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent resale at its original price will not be accepted. Artwork Damaged in Transit: If your package appears damaged, or if once opened you find it damaged, please contact us so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected.
